The Isoblok® double-insulation wall construction system enables fast concrete pouring and the creation of pools in any shape. It ensures a clean construction site without the need for heavy machinery.
Construction begins by placing EPS formwork on the concrete base according to the pool design, followed by vertical and horizontal reinforcement with metal rods. Once the concrete is poured into the EPS blocks, the reinforcement provides additional structural stability.
The formwork has isothermal properties that allow the pool to maintain the water temperature reached in the summer months for longer and reduce the energy consumption of the heating systems.
Construction phases

Stage 1 – Mark out the pool on the ground, excavate to the desired dimensions, and cast the base.
Stage 2 – Install the formwork, inserting the reinforcing bars and all accessories to be embedded.
Stage 3 – Pour concrete using a pump to fill the compartments of the Isoblok® formwork.
Stage 4 – Fit the aluminium guides and PVC lining, including the installation of sealing flanges and accessories.
Stage 5 – Fill the pool with potable water.
