Using this patented construction technology saves up to 70% on construction work, which represents the highest part of the costs involved in building a pool. In fact, many of the complex construction phases required for traditional reinforced concrete pools, such as the construction of perimeter walls, compensation tanks, kerbs to support the edges, etc., are not necessary. This lets you quickly enjoy the unmatched beauty of a high-quality infinity pool. A Bluespring infinity pool also offers many technical, aesthetic and maintenance advantages.

Bluespring is built from a freestanding modular steel structure coated
with innovative ZMSV-TECH (zinc-magnesium-epoxy), providing unmatched protection on the market.

With ZMSV-TEC, each steel panel is pre-drilled, pickled and hot-dip coated in an oven with epoxy paint. This creates a perfectly uniform protective film on the structure, which effectively prevents rust from forming over time and significantly increases its durability, both above and below ground.

The structure is then fixed to a base slab, after which it is backfilled directly against the walls of the Bluespring. Finally, the pool is completed by installing the ladder, the compensation tank integrated into the perimeter channel, and the lining of all parts of the pool and edges.

Structure: Details, advantages, reliability

  • THE SOLIDITY OF THE DOUBLE BULKHEAD: the structure is self-supporting, solid and compact, with two bulkheads connected to a truss and a cavity for exceptional structural strength and durability. One wall supports the thrust of the earth and the other the thrust of the water.
  • OVERFLOW SYSTEM: the stainless steel adjustment elements ensure uniform overflow over time, with the possibility of adjusting the overflow in the event of ground settlement, even when the pool is full.
  • FILTERING EFFICIENCY: The overflow system keeps the water clean at all times, preventing dirt from accumulating along the waterline, as often happens with skimmer pools.
  • DESIGN: Unlike conventional perimeter-overflow pools, the under-edge overflow prevents debris accumulation along the edges, reducing maintenance and keeping the water pristine.
  • MAINTENANCE: the pool can be fully inspected along its entire perimeter. For any type of intervention and/or inspection, simply remove the edge and the channel to easily reach any point of its structure.
  • GREEN TECHNOLOGY: construction work are kept to a minimum, as are costs; all you need to do is lay the concrete foundation and then we can backfill directly against the walls of our Bluespring structure.
  • SPEED OF ASSEMBLY: a Bluespring infinity pool will be ready in less than ten days of installation, compared to one to two months of demanding construction work for a reinforced concrete pool.
  • SPACE SAVINGS: there is no need to build a separate compensation tank, resulting in significant savings in space and construction costs.
  • DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY: the structure is made of steel coated with the innovative ZMSV-TECH (zinc-magnesium-epoxy paint) protection, the material with the best quality/price ratio on the market today.
  • THERMAL INSULATION: the air gap created between the two walls of the structure reduces heat loss to the ground, resulting in a general increase in the temperature of the pool and significant energy savings when heating the water.
  • CERTAIN AND OPTIMISED COSTS: only excavation, concrete base and backfilling costs are added to the cost of the pool.
  • CUSTOMIZATION: Bluespring is fully customizable and can be equipped with any type of accessory or optional extra (hydromassage kit, counter-current swimming, beaches or internal steps, water blades, fountains, heat pumps, etc.).
  • INSPECTABILITY: the free space between the two walls below the overflow channel can always be inspected. This allows for any type of maintenance or inspection of the hydraulic circuit or accessories over time.
